1. Lubricant Condition Report (LCR) Architecture

Every report generated features structured metadata mapping exact laboratory sample IDs to your plant equipment registry. Includes complete equipment history tracking and overall status grading for at-a-glance fleet overviews.

2. Parameter categorization

We compartmentalize data logically so you understand why an alarm triggered:

  • Wear Metals: Identifies which specific internal component (e.g., bronze bearing, chrome ring) is shedding material.
  • Oil Condition Measures the fundamental health of the oil base stock (Oxidation, Viscosity, TAN/TBN).
  • Contamination Flags the ingress of foreign material (Silicon dirt, moisture, soot, unburned fuel).

3. Trend monitoring system

A single data point only shows what is happening today. Multi-sample comparison reveals the direction of machine condition.

  • Displays up to the last 5 historical samples side-by-side for immediate trajectory context.
  • Automated graphical trend lines visually plot catastrophic degradation rates far faster than numerical review.

4. Normal, monitor, and critical status levels

Clear, color-coded health status attached to every report and parameter group.

Normal Operation remains within expected control limits and no immediate action is required.
Monitor A change is developing and should be followed closely through repeat sampling or inspection.
Critical Immediate review is required because the condition suggests abnormal deterioration or contamination.
